Business Cards Designing tool in Flash or Ajax

Looking to build a flash Website where users can visually customize a Business Card on screen. Need to be able to change fonts, backgrounds, colors, upload pictures, add preselected graphics, the ability for a customer to upload a logo or graphic and have it appear on the business card. Users must register to access this feature. Tag data will be uploaded to client database. We will provide artwork of the business card and PSD file of layout. Need you to build flash app and get everything working smoothly. This project should be adaptable to envelope, letterhead, postcard, door hanger design. Please send URLs if you've done this before.
