Content rewriter for 5000 words

Hello, I am looking for a content rewriter for text of 5000 words ( about 10 A4 pages). The topic is on Individual Savings Accounts ( Financial Topic). You need to have very good written level of english- be able to think while you write so that the end text makes sense. This is no simple press the button and spin job- you need to have a fair understanding of the text you are going to rewrite. I have lot of different websites, so if the quality of your work is good, I need similar work done for at least 10 other websites ( not all of them are on financial topics).
