Direct Mail, E-Book

I am after an E-book on “"How To Guide, To Do Direct Mail". I am looking for someone who has done similar work before in direct mail. The E-book should be 66,000 words in A4. (550 words per page, or about 120 pages.) Please only people who are familiar with the works or likes of Dan Kennedy, Ted Nichols, John Carlton, Bill Myers, Bob Serling, John Caples, Claude Hopkins, Mal Emery, etc, bid for the project. All work must be original and won’t infringe on copyright. It should include sections on; Direct mail business, research, what products, the offer, sales letters, headlines, layouts, two step marketing, the P.S., order forms, colored paper, hand written envelopes, long vs short copy, envelopes, target markets, where to advertise, emotions vs logic, seven mistakes of mail order, list brokers, test small, when to mail, postcards, catologs, tear away sheets, frequency of mailings, packaging, shipping, back end products, demographics, break even point, accepting orders, order tracking, split testing, samples ads, etc, and many more. Basically the E-book is a step by step guide on, how to make money in direct mail. The target audience is for people from small business to medium businesses primarily offline. The book needs to be conversational English. It should not be technical, but grammatically correct. Platform: The book needs to be in Microsoft Word, Times New Roman in Font size 12. Deliverables Once a bidder is accepted, I would like to see an example of the first couple of paragraphs/chapters to make sure you are on the right track, before you do any further work. I find that is a good way to cut down on re-work. I will review and approve the book to make sure it’s within specification. I’ll retain complete ownership and copyright and have exclusive rights to use it. All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire?? under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. All work must be original.
