Being the assistant for this home-based business requires great organizational and project management skills, a strong work ethic, professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include: • Maintaining the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments and travel. • Maintaining multiple contact databases, social media and company website. • Preparing reports, composing excel spreadsheets, and sending out mailings and correspondence to clients, partners and vendors • Running business and household errands • Managing business and household vendors Requirements include: • Must be organized, discreet, accurate and confidential. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (including Excel), PowerPoint, Drop Box (or similar application), social media and website administration, and contact database administration.
