Collect Table From A Website Database - repost 2

Dear Freelancer: I would like to get a table called “Selling Shareholders/Stockholders” table in the Filings called "424 Filing" and “144 Filing” for 155 companies from SEC official website at [login to view URL] Besides the table, other relevant information (such as filing date) is also needed. I have put the data I collected and organized in the spreadsheet called [login to view URL] . You can have get a feel by looking at the DemoMastersheet Tab in Demo.xls. The complete list of company whose information I need is on the On CompanyList Tab, you will see the complete list of companies’ ticker symbol. You will use them to pull out data from SEC website. There are 5 steps to get this result. I have put detailed illustration in the attachment of [login to view URL] and a sample output in [login to view URL] Please do a small sample work of 6 for me to evaluate the quality of your work: company of AHL ("144" filed on 2006-09-01) DEX ("424B4" filed on 2004-07-22, "424B3" filed on 2004-08-17) and HERO ("424B4" filed on 2006-11-14, "424B5" filed on 2009-09-23) for me to evaluate your quality of work.
