Collect mobile telephone tariffs in excel - Chinese/English speaker only

I am looking for someone to gather publicly available information about a specific kind of mobile telephone tariff, from the phone companies’ websites, and then to put that information into a specific spreadsheet format. I will send you an example of the spreadsheet and a detailed brief describing how to put the information into the format. You must be fluent in Chinese and English to bid for this project. You will visit the website of the companies to find the information required and then put it in a spreadsheet in the required format. I want the information for 38 mobile phone companies in China, India, USA, India, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Africa.
