Good Evening Fellow Freelancers. I need a excel wizard to help me with a problem I'm having. I'm sure it wont take you long to figure out i just don't have the time to do it on my own at the moment. At work we have a roster of which board we are going work on it also indicates what time we will be having lunch. The boards are numbered 1-5 ( or Computers) some people are not trained on all of these boards. Some may only be trained on one of them, others might be trained on 3. The problem we face is that if someone goes off sick/leave/training/work trip we have to reshuffle everything around to accommodate the changes. typically we have 7 people 2 of which cover meal breaks as shown in document if we have 3 I need and excel spreadsheet that will do all this automatically. the sheet should also have a work around if there is onely one spare person to cover meal breaks.
