I am an experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in project management. I have been working as a virtual assistant for more than 10 years. During this length of time, I have gained and mastered the following skills: project management, customer relations, phone and call handling, telemarketing, bookkeeping using Quickbooks and Wave Accounting, performing various office tasks such as legal and general encoding, email and chat support, tech support, content writing and editing, marketing, translation and transcription. I have most recently worked as a social media content manager as well.
I am a Computer Systems graduate and have some Masters in Business Administration units. I have also taken up Bachelor of Arts in English as an undergraduate. I have excellent written and spoken English.
I can work at your preferred business hours (any time and any timezone). I am equipped with a desktop, a laptop and a very reliable internet connection to be able to perform the tasks you assign of me.
I can do short-term or long-term work, part-time or full-time basis, but of course, I it would be nice to have a long-term and full time work.
Regarding your project, I am willing to work at your preferred schedule and timezone. I can perform the various tasks and responsibilities highlighted in your project and work with any system you would like me to use. I learn very easily.
