PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Perform data entry and billing
Perform filling and scanning of documents
•Answer phones and greet clients/customers warmly
•Reroute calls to the appropriate people
•Take and deliver messages
•Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machines, voicemail systems and company computers
Other miscellaneous office duties/tasks that may arise.
