Freelancers with Solid Furniture/Interior Design/Home Decor Knowledge needed ASAP for project to write descriptions of furniture and accessories (1-to-3 lines) and enter the descriptions and item numbers of our new photos into our inventory website.
Compensation is $10 per hour. 4 days per week
Responsibilities
Write descriptions that accurately match furniture and accessories items to be cataloged which will include their styles, periods, materials, dimensions, etc.
Entering descriptions and item numbers of photos in inventory website.
Requirements
Ability to recognize items, styles, periods and materials of furniture and accessories such as candelabra, antique, contemporary (modern), , ivory, lacquer.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent grammar and spelling,
Very detail-oriented.
RELIABLE.
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Long Island City, Queens (not Long Island) -- we are 10 minutes from midtown on the 7 subway line.
