Hello, I want to have an excel spreadsheet or some program where I can have it automatically separate inputted data into different groups. What I am doing is I have a road race every year. In this road race there are 4 races: male run, female run, male walk, female walk. They all start at the same time. In each of these 4 races, they are broken down into 12 age groups: 14 & under, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, etc. all the way up to 65 & over. What I want to do is on race day just be able to plug in the necessary data into spreadsheet, Bib number, name, male or female, run or walk, age, city. In another sheet tab within the spreadsheet, I would use that to input times. I have a watch that I can upload times right into excel. I would also input the Bib number of finishers as they come through finish line. Once a bib number is inputted, it should pull in the participant info. Now that I have participant info with a time next to them, but they would then have to be sorted into the proper age group with the proper race.
