I have designed using 1Wire temperature sensor.

This is a very small project indeed. I'd take a couple of days to get it done, just to be safe. but would need a little more info about the 1-wire chip to be used and the the specs of the board. like Nº layers and size. if interested PM me.

I can do this, have recently successfully built circuit for Dallas One Wire Temp Sensor , it is indeed simple circuit. I can layout PCB with BOM and write Software Code to interface to a microcontroller. The output of 1-wire device can go to LCD/LED Display or RS232 PC Terminal? What do you require?
