Hi, I have been designing and laying out PCB's for the past 20 years, from the early days of screen printng to the current multilayer designs. I would show you sample in my protfolio if it was working for me. I can send a composit image of recent boards if you wish. I assume you need these circuits designed as well as layed out? Do you have schematics or detailed specifications for the on-board voltage regulators? Connector preferences? At these currents you will substantial connectors requiring a significant amount of the available PCB real estate. What voltage is the 100Amp rail working at?
