Architecture drawing

i want to some one to do an animation on 3d max .a residential walk through. i will be giving plans of the residence.u will have to render is and send me final animation of 3-5 min .with good quality. and also some cad drawings with some detailing has to be done from free hand sketches. plz tell the split up amount. thank you #only efficient trust worthy and intrested people apply.
