• Familiar with a variety of software including JDE Edward & SAP, People soft, WordPerfect Office, Microsoft Office, Lotus 1-2-3, FoxPro, Strong knowledge MS excel (Pivot & V-Lookup),

• Possesses 3 years’ experience of SAP Data Entry ,generate journal entries clearing in SAP

• Prepare, Monitor and generate report for the production output, reject and stock monthly report.

• Possesses 8 years’ experience of JDE Edward & MP2 Database

• Handle administrative duties to Production Department & Engineering Department

• Provide admin support to Engineering department , perform & update machine downtime report

• Database manipulation. E.g. entry, edit, delete

• Handle the closing of month-end accounts, month-end stock take, costing run, cost settlement and GR/IR clearing

• Demonstrated ability to maintain good manners and efficiency in routine professional relationships

• Assist in Reporting of month-end closing Requirements
