We manage properties and have multiple tenants in each property. Would like someone to create reports in excel by tenant. We want to automate the report creation. What is available: Name of tenant, area occupied, projected costs billed to tenants each month for each activity (e.g cleaning, repair, utilities, taxes, etc). Also, actual costs incurred at the year end, total square footage of property. What needs to be done: By tenant, need to create a report of what costs needs to be allocated to each tenant based on the % area and then what is the difference between billed versus actual. Then determine if there is credit or debit to tenant. Need to create a template so that in future these reports can be auto generated. I have sample reports in pdf that need to be generated. Just need someone to automate that in excel so that in future we don't have to do this manually every time.

Hi, I am good at Excel and building useful scripts for my clients. In this case, my best suggestion is to use mail merge feature available in word. It creates documents as required.
