Create userform in excel sheet

Hi, I want to create a userform for entering the data into excel. I have created a small part myself. Please look at the attachment. Since I am not an expert and don't have time to work on it, I would love some expert to finish it for me. Basically, I want to enter the product details into excel sheet, which has headers defined. Every category of product will have a new sheet (automatically created). All subcategories will be defined under same sheet/category. The categories can be defined on the fly (does not have to be predefined). But once a category or sheet is defined, it becomes part of the category database. If a person is entering the barcode of a product, our database should be search immediately and if matched, rest of the fields should be filled. User can modify the existing fields or add new details and can save it. All the products of same category, same subcategory and same brand should be listed sequentially in excel sheet.
