Data entry 3,500 resumes into web database

We require assistance for a data entry project to update user profiles on our website, we have around 3,500 resumes that need the contents checked against existing database and then copied and pasted through a webform on the website. Data entry shall also include saving the users profile image and then uploading to the profile for each user. There shall be approximately 30 fields to extracted from each resume file and entered into the database as per attached sample CV CV's shall be in .pdf and .doc format Upon completion of resume uploads a project summary should be prepared in .csv or .xls format with all the email address and names.
