CDAETS has approx. 3500 supplier invoices that require processing each month in our accounting system. There is potential for 60 hours of work per month. Initially we require a min of 5- 6 hours per week, with the expectation that approx. 420 – 480 invoices be completed. Most invoices require less than 30 seconds to process, with other invoices taking a little more time. We have averaged this out to 1 min per invoice. This includes the setting task in Redbooth Task Management where required. Payment Payment terms are $0.25 cents AUD per invoice/task Payment will be made weekly on Monday. Our accounting system will track how many invoices are processed and a weekly report will be run. A report will be run in Redbooth to calculate how many tasks have been set by the freelancer, and payment will be made for these as well. Access will be given to our Remote desktop Redbooth access will be given to manage tasks. A PDF viewer, good internet connection, skype, calculator and two monitors are required Must type 40-50 WPM and have an eye for detail
