Network Analysis of Infectious disease, using a specific case study which the data to be used are available, the main objectives of the project is to create: • Link analysis, network visualization, defining its network properties in terms of generating parameters like distance distribution (shortest-path, path length) degrees, nodes, edge or link, network centrality, correlations, clustering coefficient (a measure of local density of the graph) and its network analysis. • Model simulations of the case study (i.e. outbreak simulation (infection and recovery)), survival analysis and statistical analysis (finding probability of infections).
