Hi Just one question to you, do you require all the column to be printed in one place? because as I do have experience working in medical billing industry so I know how difficult it is to print the attachment. If yes then I can create a simple print macro and then it will be link to the free software called convert to PDF. Hi, Of course it can be done. Here's how i see it. You need to have Microsoft Access as well as Excel. I will create an Access database. This database will have a form, in which you will choose the excel file to import. This file will be imported in a table in the database. Next, i will create a report that will be in fact your notice. The report will be bound to the imported table and you will be able to print every notice in pdf form. That would be a nice way to do it. It will require a few VBA coding. It will take me around 8 hours to do so.

Hi there, my solution would be to simply to use Microsoft excel preferably 2013 which has a export to PDF document on the file options. then you simply export then using that option and print, the PDF. Hope that's good enough.
