Qualifications, Experience and Techniques: I have excellent command of the excel program as I have been using it and in my day to day assignments for the last over 10years. I have an eye for detail and will ensure accuracy of all the data entered. I have experience in review of documents and will ensure the project forwarded to the client has been thoroughly reviewed and is as per client’s specification. I am a qualified CPA and this will be an added advantaged in case any formulas are required in the project. I will also ensure the project is done within the agreed timelines. Project Implementation: I plan to first thoroughly understand the client needs and what is required for the assignment. I will then go through the data provided to ensure I understand it even before I start the data entry. I will then type in the data and go through the documents to check for any errors. I will then make changes (if any) are required before sending the project to the client. I will be available for discussion of the project and to make necessary changes (if any) as required.
