Clone of video production Site

I want to develop a site that is similar to jibjab [dot] com and "starring you" part. just check the site please before placing your bid. The Programming Language does not matter if its .net or php. but flash is must for cropping face process. Please only bid if you are able to fully clone all of the functionality of this site. Also, if you have pre-created a similar site I would like to see it. So, with your bid, please include ONLY RELATIVE sample work in your portfolio and any ideas you have for me. I am happy to offer up to 10% bonus for exceptional work. If you would like to place a bid outside of the budget range, you can do so by indicating your bid in your PM to me. All bids will be considered. We would like to work only with people, who can appreciate deadline requirements, as we do not have the time to explain things to people to understand. Please do not waste our time with generic responses or sending us 100 sites you have done that have nothing to do with the project Once the site is setup there are a number of functions wish to build in, so this is not just a one off project. A full detailed functional description will be provided to the successful bidder. Please also quote for ongoing support.
