avi to flash movie & embed on site

I have some avi videos I want to convert to good quality flash and embe on some pages of my site. I want the end results flashh movies to look just like the testimonials on: [login to view URL] I want them to look and work the exact same way they do on that site. If you cannot make .avi movies look and work exactly like they do on:[login to view URL] then please do not bid as that is the level and quality of work that I am looking for. Please provide a link to something very simmilar you have done if you want to be selected. this is an urgent project so I wll not accept someone who takes more than 24 hours to complete this project.
