Animated Promotional Videos for New Business

I'm looking for 5 - 7 animated videos to show on-line (You tube and my website). The videos are to be of how a meeting runs. Some of the videos (4) will show the structure of the meeting. The way I'm doing it is that there will be 4 structures, and people will not know which one is going to be used until the day. They will see the video at the beginning of the meeting, introducing the company, the ethos and vision for the company and telling them how the meeting will run.
