Adding a 'Clickable' link at the end of a video

We're looking for a flash developer who can help us do a very simple task. We have produced the below animation:- [login to view URL] At end of the video at 2.00 seconds there's a part where a character pops in from the right hand side with a thought bubble saying "Want to see the savings now? Click here". We want this thought bubble to become clickable and lead to specific url. The end format needs to be flash based which the client can embed on to their splash page. We will provide the successful freelance with the video format in MOV so they can do this simple task. Since this is a simple task the budget for the project won't be huge but shouldn't take that long. I look forward to your bids!
