Advanced designer needed

Dear service providers, we are looking for an advanced designer who is very proficient in: - flash animations (action scripting desired) - gif animations - banner, header, logo design - web and layout design - vector and bitmap graphic design. Designer should be able to work with Photoshop, Illustrator/Corel draw, Macromedia Flash etc... and with the most of the existing graphical formats. We are looking for a long term business relationship. We are a IT company which occasionally needs reliable, dedicated and fast designer with skills enlisted above. We prefer designers with 3+ years of experiences in ALL areas listed above. NDA agreement will be signed before doing any kind of work for us. We will pay via PayPal AFTER completion of a given task.
