Competent Forum Posters needed

I have a write-up with a particular link that I want posted on medical residency/related forums. It has been discovered that most forums are not in support of users posting back links on their site so I need someone who is aware of forums where signatures/links are allowed to be attached to posts without violating the terms of the site. A knowledge of google page ranking and ability to ensure durable posts will be a plus and also increase your pay!
