I need a simple Live Wallpaper done. It will feature 2 static pictures with a face that You will need to animate - add facial expresions like blinking eyes etc. You will have to create 2 versions of this app one with StartApp SDK and one LWP, and the other one w/o StartApp SDK and with two LWP's to choose from. I will prodivde all the needed graphics, while You just make the animations and app.
