Art project, drivers license

I'm putting together an extensive 3-d multimedia art project and one of my components is some drivers licenses of historical figures. I need a photoshop file with layers for all text and photos of drivers licenses in layers, front and back. I know most of these images (background, logos, fonts) are available online I'm just not good enough to isolate the layers in order to manipulate them. It's important that they be as accurate as possible. For this part of my design, I think I only need California and Texas (not the one instituted last week, it's too modern to fit in with the project) An important part is that the halograms, reflective text, or logos be created as a separate layer in black ink in both files. I need those as reference to create a much larger stencil, but you can just keep them as layers in the respective files. I'll need a psd for both licenses with all of the layers individually isolated with correct fonts, images, designs, etc. Please PM me with any samples of your work that'd be relevant to this. I'm looking for as much detail as possible.
