MET Mail Magazine

A 40 page Booklet showcasing some of the highlights of our organisation for 2013. Corporate look required but the design has to be a little bit fun as well. Cover will be corporate similar to the design of other publications we have done, then a letter from the Principal inside the cover, followed by an index. Then there will be 17 double spreads for each of our sites similar to the document attached - MET Mail layout' . The layout will be the same for each of these pages with the pictures and content differing. The blue panel needs to be in the style of the Blue panel in the PP slides also attached. In each Panel will be a MET logo in white reversed, the Site name and some basic statistics, some thing like Albury Campus - 2013 32 Students 13 Staff You can see the logo on the Powerpoint attached. Then the other box represents a photo of the site/campus that will be supplied. The "Dashes" across the top and bottom would be better as dots, and each double page spread should have a different colour dots (Colours that don't clash with the blue of course) Tis "colour coding should be reflected on the index page too so maybe something like a series of buttons with the Campus/page name and the appropriate page reference. These pages will be double column with text and pictures being formatted to suit. It is anticipated that the job will be done ASAP, but in 3 stages. Firstly Develop a concept for the front and back cover, the Principal message inside the cover, the index page and the double page layout template using just what is attached here so far, and a list of campuses that will be supplied. Once we have the look right, we will then supply the Campus/Site photos and about half of the text and photos for each site. Then in the third stage the remaining text and photos will be supplied (We are still gathering content for this) Having said that I think it could be pulled together in 5 or 6 days. I hope that this explains the job OK. I haven't used freelance before, so please be patient with my explanations :-). I presume there is some way that we can communicate back and forth if there are some extra questions. Also I didn't know what to pick in the budget. Would like to discuss how much work this is and how many hours involved first. Once this project is complete, if we are happy with the designer we may use the same person for a website and some other items in the future. Can't wait to here from some of you guys out there!
