convert my book in word to a normal book format

I have written a book in word format A4 and I would like to present it to publishers, I need to reformat the book into a normal book template/font/size/page numbering, etc. so I can present it. I will only accept high ranking bids. Please send me a basic template mock up. *Genesis and Genes* is an English-language book of approximately 350 A4 pages. It was written using Microsoft Word 2007, and contains text, a few illustrations, an index and a table of contents. It also contains some Hebrew text. The font used is mostly Calibri, with a font size of 14 point. I would like to submit the book to publishers; to that end, I would like it to be designed and presented as a book. Usual design characteristics must be incorporated (e.g. headings and sub-headings must be clear). The page size, font size and similar characteristics must be those of a typical English-language non-fiction book sold in bookstores and on Amazon.
