Data entry QuarkXpress to Web data base real estate listings

I need someone who knows QuarkXpress (must have this program Version 7 or 8) and Photoshop or another program (that would convert/reduce size of photos for the internet) to upload real estate listings from print ads in a real estate magazine. Each real estate ad has anywhere from 3-15 listings per page. We publish a real estate magazine 7 times per year. Entire ads (with layout, pictures, logos) will be uploaded to an ftp site with quark/photoshop files. You'll need high speed internet as the files are large. You will have to open ads in Quark, the upload listings to our site one by one, entering in acreage, bedrooms, baths, descriptions, contact information of realtors. Must SPELL well, english, grammar required. Need immediate help, about 10 ads to do. More work in the future, we average 64-72 pages that require data entry/editing each issue.
