Convert company logo PNG ---into---> BMP

I need someone to simply convert my company logo from a .PNG into a 1-bit .BMP. The BMP image must be 128 x 48 pixels by 1 bit deep. Obviously the resulting image will be pixelated, so we are providing the images up front, and would ideally pick our Freelancer based on how nice your resulting "1-bit .bmp" preview looks. Why do we want to do this??? Because our VoIP telephones only support 1-bit .bmp images -- and the phones are VERY PICKY about this.
