I need a website for a start up company Cyborg Signs. This can be a simple, but eye catching website. It can be done on 1 page. I just want it to look very nice. I need both the design and implementation done. Great communication is a must. I will pay exactly $49 for this site. If you bid another other than that amount then you will be immediately eliminated because you have no attention to detail. I don't have time for BS bids I will give 5 star rating and recommend the winner.
