Build a Website

Hi, I am looking for someone with good experience in building e-commerce based websites to do a project work for me. I'd like to see the sample work of the candidate and also a quote for the entire project. Project : I need a website which is mostly static, a bit of logic and coding needed. The following are the requirements in detail. 1. Should provide authentication based access to the website for a few people to upload the information to the database via the website. The details would be ideally like name of the customer, address, telephone, email, membership number, start date, expiry date. The idea is to build a loyalty card website and should track the customers spending information when he swipes the loyalty card. 2. So essentially the website should present the front end as such we are selling the loyalty card to the customers and should accept payments from the website along with the customer details and at the back end we should keep tracking the loyalty card of the customer and upload to our database. 3. The website should also be able to show the nearest store information based on the search 4. Along with the website, I'd also require an app for both andriod and apple phones or at least a mobile version of the website. 5. The frontend design should be simple and appealing.
