Build a Website

We are looking for someone to work a indefinite basis to help with our website design and changes. We are starting our budget low and will happily increase and renegotiate after a relationship has been built. This will most likely be an indefinite contract where hours are likely to increase. We are a new and upcoming shared web hosting company that is looking for a fresh image! We are also not looking for endless pages of design and development. Here's what we are looking for: Build out the home page design (preferably in HTML5) that is responsive. Create additional page design layout and replicate the remaining pages from that template. Use headers and footers to wrap in WHMCS. On going updates and issue resolution. Promotion updates and take downs. Creation of forums template Branding and customization of WHMCS complete theme. Obviously since this will be a longterm contract, we do not expect everything above to be done immediately. It will be a weekly breakdown of the items that can be accomplished. However, we will need to get the main site up and running as soon as possible to launch (first 3 items on the list.) I'm open to conversation and would love to see what you have to offer.
