This is a comments based website, where a topic will be put up for a limited time period and users will comment on that [login to view URL] topic changes every 48hrs and a new topic is [login to view URL] the content on the website will be user generated and in real time. Every comment can be rated according to rating [login to view URL],users will read and rate the comments according to their liking.A comment that reaches a certain point level will be rewarded automatically The functionality & format of the website is similar to twitter minus its advanced features like follow, retweet, hashtag trends,message & photo upload. Sorting of comments and topics is very important, and the comment rating system has to be well defined. Other features required: notifications, registration form, change password, edit profile, edit comment, load more comments tab,follow topic. An easy to use dashboard is also required for the website to upload the topics, manage user generated content & keep track of daily website activity. User interface for the website will be provided to the developer. Once you see the user interface of the website you will understand it better.
