I am unsure if what I am needing for is a software to be built or a website to be built? What I need is a simple template built for an online photo contest. Here is an example of a photo contest I am currently participating in through another online website. So I need a template built that I can change and adjust for different animal rescue organization so be able to use. But something that is easy enough that I can manage it and update it.
