Build pininterest type styles website (To be completed in 3 weeks)

looking for skilled and professional web developers who can develop a pininterst type website in less than three weeks time. Please note, that the project has already purchased the relevant domain names, a server and has had work done to it so far. It requires someone who is committed and professional to finish it off. What is the website about?: I am launching a web-based visual discovery engine that will be intended specifically for the humanitarian scene. When launched, in which I anticipate will be in 3 weeks-1 months time, the engine will publish humanitarian news via pictures uploaded and taken by organisations, organisational employees as well as non-organisational persons with humanitarian aims. The driving concept of the engine is to promote humanitarian news in real time, with a focus on encouraging altruistic behaviour from the general public. What I need: We need a web developer to create a template very similar to pininterest with the following features: -SIGN IN LOGIN -MENU (i.e. home, about us, gallery ...) -Top news, recent news on the home page that links you straight to the image/photo page. This should reflect the most watched images. SO this needs to be responsive. - Logo creation - this is easy as I have already designed it but need to digitalise it. - Over 18 privileges - Share with other social website. - Make the website look aesthetically pleasing.
