Concierge website

A modern looking website that has the logo in the middle and under it it says memebers log in, or create an account. Information for account creation should be: name, last name, address, sex, credit card information or paypal. Also the user needs to choose interest, so our team can email information on things they could enjoy. The concept of this is that a person on the other side, under 24 hours will get our client everything he asks for and will pay for the things only if the client says so, the catch here is that when they create an account, a personal concierge email is also opened for them lets say my username is heccek, so my personal concierge email would be , with this email the user can talk with a concierge. So after the user logs in he is sent to another modern looking website that is just a text box that has their concierge email already on it, and under that a text box that they can write what they desire and what they want their concierge to look for. Then under this box another slick looking text box witht eh amount of money they are willing to spend so that the concierge knows what to look for. the last thing to add is a way for the costumer to buy a vip upgrade, that offers a faster concierge system aswell as a card sent to them that will grant them access to several things. The main point of this is to make it slick and modern, little is better.
