I would like my website [login to view URL] to be updated with a fresh new look. It is written in Classic ASP. I want to make it responsive. I want it to have integrated Google Maps. Most importantly i MUST HAVE A WAY TO COMPARE THE DATABASE OF LISTINGS TO AN EXTERNAL DATABASE SO THAT I CAN KEEP THE SITES INFORMATION UP TO DATE. I dont mind keeping the back side of the site as it is and just changing the front OR you could rebuild the entire site. It doesn't matter to me as long as it has the functions I want. I also need to ensure that there is room for banner ads. NO FLASH on the site please.

I should only need to modify the existing site, without rewriting it. I will write a Windows service to periodically fetch data from the remote database and update it to the site.

I can provide both back end (admin) and front end updates using ASP or any other backend scripting language should you require. I would vouch for PHP as it is open source, widely adopted and can remove the limitation of relying solely on Microsoft infrastructure. I can work with Twitter Bootstrap, or any other responsive frameworks should you require. I can use MySQL DB for the database and provide some performance tuning adjustments should it needs improvement for a plus. I can work on my spare time (around 3-4 hours per day) I can also provide a mobile API should you need this in the future for a plus. I can begin the work within the next Monday!
