Data Mining Firm Website

We are a new and rather small data mining firm but with a few major clients. We are looking to have someone build from the ground up our website. Rather simple website Homepage learn more page contact page and a page listing out all of the current data we have for sale. The only page that require anything complex is the data packages for sale page. This will have to have a simple mysql database linked to it that will generate the titles descriptions tags and much more. Also this will need to take paypal money and send them a email containing the file designated. I am not looking to wait on this project. I can provide alot of the webpage content as far as text but I will need somone to do the image edits and php scripting. I am looking to have this project started really fast and finished by the end of the week and am willing to even purchase themeforest template for you to make this project move faster. Thanks
