Hello,
I highly recommend splitting this project into two deliverables.
Those with expertise in video are typically not experts in audio.
As an executive producer for a high-profile media production house, I propose to handle your audio assets so they are on brand, on point, and are not the weak link as with so many other projects.
We have delivered for major motion pictures (Universal, Fox) and hit TV shows (Simpsons, 24 etc) and I can tell you the pros have a budget for music/sound, because they understand its not a value add, its core. Try for yourself, watch a 5 min scene from a movie with the sound off and see what happens.
Now, you don't have to chose between budget and quality. I have encouraged my team to be ahead of the competition and embrace the new business model here at Freelancer, and deliver world-class results - no matter what the budget is.
If you value your project, do the right thing. Let's do this, and make it count.
