I want a web site where registered users can download audio/video. The site will be like a forum where each audio/video will be a thread also the developer will design a 12-digit code generator which will be used as credit units for the site. A sample forum is forexfactory dot com forum. The web application will be on asp.net/C# (Sql server as DB). N/B: My budget is between $80 - $100.
