Bluehost website

I wanted to move my existing website from my current ISP to Bluehost but the files are not compatible. It looks like I will need the entire site rebuilt so it can be hosted by [login to view URL] I need someone to build the site for me. I have all the images and text. I also need help and advice on setting up e-commerce - I hate chargebacks so I want to use non-bank payment systems. I have paypal and want to integrate Poli - a direct deposit payment system. Please tell me what you can do and what you expect to charge for your services, and we can get started.
