Build a Website for a new business

Hi there, I have a project for a not-for-profit start up company. It is for a local not-for-profit, that wants to allow Skilled Professionals and Business owners (i.e electricians, plumbers, photographers etc) to sign up and build a profile for themselves. The main aim for the site is for people to search for a skill they need and trade it for one of their services. An example of this would be the following : "Mike, a certified electrician would like to have some new business card designs done. He creates his own profile on the site and then searches for "graphic designer". He then proposes a trade to the Graphic designers that are registered on the site. The trade is an 'inter skill exchange' - he gets his new cards designed, and they get some free electrical work (could be installing new lights, re-wiring etc - they agree on this)." Thats the concept. The functionality is very similar to that of a dating site. The website should be developed with the following feature set in mind: - User Login / Sign up (this may end up being a paid service so may need payment gateway integration) - Allow completion of a Business profile with pre-set key words/skill tags that can assist with the search function (maybe allow small photo/logo upload) - Rating system (once users have used someones services, they can rate and leave review) - If somebody offers to perform a service for "free" they earn "Karma points" these can later be redeemed against monthly special offers set by the administrator - Search function (allow registered users to search for the profile/skill set required) - links to facebook (maybe integrate login to facebook) - admin page for approving registrations, re-assigning skill tags (i.e an electrician that has also used the plumber tag) - mobile friendly This is enough to get the site going. The next phase will be to build apps (IOS and Android). Please dont quote on the app build yet - just the website
