Convert 2 Joomla templates to 2 websites

I need 2 websites developed urgently. I have joomla templates from [login to view URL] and I just need 2 websites developed using the templates. I don't need programming done etc just configuration & content. Graphic design including logo etc is also needed for both websites. One of the websites will require installing ijoomla guru component and configuring it. I have sources of the website content and info that I would like to have on the websites. It is important that the features of the website including t3 framework are intack so that the website is easy to configure or update in the future. I need all this done within 2 weeks so urgency is important and if you can't do it within two weeks please do not bid. I have a small budget.
