Design a Website Mockup HTML5

Trying to re-design a publishing company's website. The current website is located at: http://avestia.com. The website also has a new logo (we will not be using the current logo on the website anymore). We are looking for a person to design 4 sample pages for us (we don't want him/her to construct the whole website as we have our own experts in HTML). The design should be done using HTML5 for 4 pages. These pages should look very similar, but may have different menu options: 1- The first page of main website ([login to view URL]) 2- All other pages other than the first page for the main website (EXAMPLE: [login to view URL]) 3- First page of Journal websites (EXAMPLE: [login to view URL]) 4- All other pages other than the first page for the journal websites (EXAMPLE: [login to view URL])
