Design a Website Mockup

I am looking for a personal portfolio/blog design. The design will be very straight forward. There will be ### pages: - The home page: Introduces the author with a simplistic contact form - Browse Projects: Shows a list of projects from the author - Browse Blog Posts: Shows a list of blog posts My aim is for a modern, simplistic and flat design using a pastel-based colour palette. At the end of the project, the applicant must provide all PSD's and all other created resources. A maximum of 3 revisions will be given. I am looking for a designer who is willing to get straight to work, and produce a quality design
